CatalyzeX is a next-gen BPO, acting as a catalyst to transform commerce-based customer service teams into hybrid AI/human agent teams in a rapidly changing CX environment. We implement, monitor, train, and constantly iterate Gorgias' AI agent to achieve best-in-class results from an automation and CSAT standpoint. We also utilize our proprietary AI tools to deliver operational excellence. Notably, our Talk to Your Tickets "TTYT" proprietary tool acts as a voice of the customer, enabling customer service leaders to simply ask AI any questions about their historical tickets. This uncovers operational insights that would have otherwise gone unnoticed prior to our TTYT tool. On the human front, we are led by former in-house commerce CX leaders. This includes the former #2 Honest Company customer service lead and the former Head of CX at Skylar. We hire the best agents in the Philippines, and when necessary, across various countries in LATAM. We hire 1 out of every 700 candidates and incorporate a 5-step interview process to ensure only the best. Our attrition rate is lower than 5%. We encourage our partners to interview team members themselves to hand select those they will be working with.
