I've been working with Aventus over last 7 years on many brands I have built and sold. Most recently I've noticed Aventus has developed a LMS that allows our agents to be trained more efficiently, and get real time data on how they're obtaining the information. Their WFM team has always been a huge perk. I also just learned that Aventus deploys 50% QA for first 90 days, then scales down to 10% during the life of our account. NO BPO has ever accomplished this.
