We've been using Gorgias as our main tool to handle all customer service inquiries since our brand first went live. We now use it in our partnership with Chatdesk, and they've done an incredible job at keeping the flow of emails, orders, inquiries, etc. perfectly organized, the CSAT has always been high, and we no longer have to stress about that side of the business.
