Overall, I highly recommend this remote support agency for its quick resolution rate, easy set-up, and flexible plans, but would encourage them to invest more in agent training and vetting to improve their service quality. They solved our tickets efficiently, allowing us to focus on other areas of our business. However, there is a high churn rate for agents and some concerns about their support qualifications.
