We have been on Magento and worked with developers from all over the world for about 10 years time. Due to huge issues with Magento’s cloud we decided to move to Shopify Plus instead. 
To switch to Shopify was a last try to continue e-commerce, due to all issues with magento.

They just get shit done! Even when we all swear and have sleepless nights due to export issues from Magento they somehow manage to find a solution! You can not go wrong with Jumpstart!!! I know I used many exclamation marks above, but they are all ther for a reason. Perhaps they will not take any other Magento 2 Cloud migration... LOL but you can always ask! But if they accept the job you can be comfortable and get peace of mind. If they said they will do it, they do. And they do it in the best of all ways! T H A N K Y O U ! ! !
