Since 2020, I’ve specialized in Gorgias: migrating from other helpdesks, building setups from scratch, optimizing rules/macros/tags, training teams, and fine-tuning the AI Agent to match brand tone and goals. I also support integrations like Aircall, Reviews.io, Chatarmin, Billbee, 8Returns, and ChannelReply – tested in a safe demo environment before going live.
