The steady team joined our company at a pivotable time for our growth. We were growing incredibly quickly and also challenged to grow our internal team and systems at the same rate. We were able to onboard and work alongside this amazing team to implement the gorgias system, educate on brand tone and voice as well as processes in a matter of only a couple of weeks. We check in weekly and have an escalation process to support them that provides a seamless experience to the customer and our internal teams.

We've worked with Steady Customer Care for a little over a year now. It isn't easy to onboard several team members in the middle of a pandemic but the SCC team made it as seamless as possible. Their team members are really friendly, intuitive, and extremely quick learners. They are as much a part of our internal team as the rest of the team.
